BUSINESS CLASSROOMS PLAN

Business Classroom notes:

  • Business classrooms will share the centralized Storage Room, Teachers Office, and the Presentation/Projects Room
  • Desk configuration is shown for reference purposes only. Desks are loose furnishings and not part of the construction project (they may end up different than shown) Because of the computers associated with these rooms there will be some limitations with hardwired computer stations
  • Rooms will accommodate at least 32 students each
  • The central projects room will have windows into the Business classrooms on each side (blinds will be provided for privacy when required). This room will be utilized only by the Business department. There will be other similar type rooms in the facility for other departments.
  • Low movable shelving units would be placed in to the room for books, etc.. The movability of them will allow the room to be reconfigured into different arrangements when desire. These units would be stored under the countertop adjacent to the protruding Presentation/Projects Room
  • The long wall of the business classroom would be a combination of tackable surface and  markerwall that would also be used for projection.
  • The Presentation/Projects Room would be set up for presnetations along one wall with projection and markerwall.
  • The smaller Project Rooms are each dedicated to one Business Lab. they would be utilized for conference or smaller presentations/meetings.  One wall of the room would be designed to be a presentation wall.
